Preshipping Order Adjustments

If your order has not shipped and is not far along any order processing such as key cutting, we can gladly adjust your order. Please note however that our shipping window moves fast (typically no more than 2 hours) as some of our orders need processing times to move down the logistics pipeline. Once this movement has been started it may be difficult or not possible to adjust your order.


Post Shipping Order Adjustments

If you need to change an order that has already been processed for shipping, it will not be possible to make adjustments. Once an order has reached the shipping stage and is in transit, the order cannot be altered. Please be aware that our windows for altering order is very small in many cases, typically a few hours. This is why it’s crucial for customers to ensure the accuracy of the order during checkout, as responsibility for an incorrect order provided at checkout lies with the customer. Know that we will try our best to aid our customers as best as possible in such situations but monetary consequences may be passed down to the customer.
