Do you have a discount code or promo code?

In order to get a discount code please sign up here, or reach out via [email protected] or via live chat. 


Do I have to pay taxes for your products?

Yes, taxes are automatically deducted at check out. Applicable tax will apply according to your location. 


Can I change or cancel what I ordered?

Yes, as long as your order has not shipped. Send an email to help@tomskey company to one of our amazing customer service agents or fill out our return request form found within our chat.


Do you have a contact number where I can speak to someone over the phone, or text?

Yes, but for the short near future it is only an outgoing number where you can leave a message and we will get back to you within one business day.


I have no working keys or I have lost all of my keys, will Tom’s Key Company still be able to assist me create a spare key?

In most situations it is required to have at least 1 working key/fob in order to use our programming kits. Without any working key, the programming kits won’t function.
In the event of a small amount of vehicle’s there may be workarounds. For more information please contact [email protected] so that we may try to best assist you.
