Shipping Rates

Continental US (lower 48 states)

FREE ground shipping on orders over $150! $5.00 flat rate shipping for orders under $150.

Ground shipping orders may be shipped via our selected carriers including UPS and USPS.

Orders outside of the US lower 48 states (Alaska, Hawaii, and International) typically have longer delivery timeframes and high shipping costs. Rates are subject to change with shipping carrier changes and will vary slightly by location.

We have 5 variety of shipping orders for our United States customers:

  • Free Shipping - Orders above $150.00 USD
  • Economy (5-8 business days) - $5.00 USD
  • UPS Ground (4 business days) - $18.88 USD 
  • USPS Priority Mail (3 business days) - $19.96 
  • UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business days) - $25.08 

 

Canada and International Rates

All orders shipped to Canada are required to pay a shipping fee.
We use 4 alternative shipping methods for our Canadian customers. Pricing are averages and vary by location and are subject to carrier shipping fee changes.

  • Basic International - $19.83 USD
  • Economy International (6-10 business days) - $22.67 USD
  • UPS Worldwide Expedited (2 business days) - $37.76 USD+ a 6.5% of the order value
  • UPS Worldwide Saver (1 business day) - $39.66 USD + a 6.5% of the order value

Important Notes

Duty Charges - All shipments using Basic International and Economy International from the US to Canada are subject to Canadian duty charges. Unfortunately, we cannot determine this duty and it is completely independent of any shipping charges from Tomskey.com.

UPS Brokerage Fee - UPS charges Canadian customers a "brokerage fee" in addition to duty when bringing packages across the border.  The fee usually ranges from $40-$80USD depending on the value of the shipment. To avoid this fee, we suggest Canadian customers select USPS Priority.  Tomskey.com does not provide refunds or credits for the customs duty fee or USPS/UPS brokerage fees.

 

Delivery Details

Our Shipping Pledge

Orders received by 10:00 am EST ship the same day in most cases so long as orders are placed on a business day (Monday - Friday with the  exception of holidays).

Please be aware shipping can slightly vary and can take 1-3 business days, especially in the event of needing key cutting processing time.

 

Expedited Shipping

Please be aware that the timeframe for all expedited shipping orders starts the products leave our warehouse, not the moment the order is placed on our website. This is due to processing times. Shipping days are counted in business days. Weekend dates are not counted. 

 

Average Delivery Times

Orders shipped to the West coast usually take 2-3 business days.  Orders shipped to the East coast usually take 3-5 business days.  Orders to Canada take 4-8 business days (Excluding custom processing times which can drastically vary and take as little or as much as 1 day to 4 weeks to clear). 


Please be advised holidays can delay shipping times.

 

Liability Release

Customers that use UPS My Choice, FedEx Delivery Manager, leave written notes for drivers, or an equivalent service that authorizes the release of a package when nobody is home are required to accept responsibility for any loss or damage to the package after it has been released at the address.  Proof of delivery from the courier service will serve as conclusive evidence that the package was delivered successfully and that the customer will accept any loss or damage to the package after it has been released at the delivery address.  Tomskey.com is not responsible for stolen packages and/or damage and loss when the customer authorizes the release using these services or changes the delivery address. 

 

Details

  • Please allow 5 - 7 business days for delivery (depending on your location) before contacting us regarding the status of your order. 
  • Priority Shipping starts the moment the order is in transit 
  • Key-by-Photo orders take between 3-4 business days to be cut and shipped. 
  • Tracking numbers will be emailed to the customer within 24-48 business hours and an email will be sent once the order is in transit. 
  • Weights stated on order summary pages are shipping weights only and do not reflect the actual weight of products.



FAQs About Shipping


What should I do if tracking shows delivered but I haven't received my package?

If your tracking information received via email indicates that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at [email protected]. Sometimes tracking details can be incorrectly tagged due to errors in the scanning process by our shipping partners. Our team will verify that the tracking label reflects the correct shipping address and will monitor the shipping status. If the issue persists after a specified time frame, or if your package hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery period, please inform us so we can take further action.


What should I do if my shipping address is wrong and I need to change it?

If you need to change the shipping address for an order that has already been processed, it may not be possible to make adjustments. Once an order has reached the shipping stage and is in transit, the shipping address cannot be altered. In such cases, it is recommended to track the order using the provided tracking information. However, it’s crucial for customers to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address during checkout, as responsibility for delivery based on incorrect information provided at checkout lies with the customer. If a delivery error is due to an error on our end, please inform us immediately so that we can investigate and follow the appropriate internal procedures.


What should I do if I haven't received my order or shipping confirmation?

If you’ve been waiting for your order and have not received a shipping confirmation, please reach out to our customer service team. Occasionally, delays can occur due to errors in the order being captured in our system or due to stock availability issues. We will investigate the delay and provide you with an update as soon as possible. If your order is affected by a stocking issue, we will fulfill it immediately upon restock and send you a confirmation email with the tracking details. Thanks for your patience and understanding as we work to resolve the situation.


Can orders be shipped internationally? 

Currently, our products can only be shipped within the US and Canada. If you are located outside of these areas and interested in making a purchase, we recommend accessing our store through an international platform if it’s available. If there are any changes to our shipping policies or you need more information, customer service is available to assist you.


What if my tracking number is incorrect? 

If you find your tracking number to be incorrect please reach out via chat or at [email protected]. Allow us 1-2 business days to investigate and have this resolved.
