How to process a Return
If you need to return a product for any reason, we’re here to help. To get the return process started, please visit our return portal and follow the directions provided there.
For any exchanges where you wish to NOT wait until your package arrives at our facility in order for the exchange to take place, use our "instant exchange" feature within our return portal prior to submitting your exchange ticket.
For any Key By Photo miscut keys exchanges, DO NOT send back your key(s) unless instructed to do so by an agent. Simply put in an exchange request and we will have a new key cut and shipped out to you.

When should I file a return?
If you receive incorrect items, items that don't work, or you ordered the incorrect items these are all valid reasons to create a return.
How Long Does It Take Until My Refund is Processed?
All refunds are processed within 5-10 business days from when they are received at Riverton, Utah. You will receive an email from our team at that time with all the refund quantities and amounts.
How Long Until I See My Refund or Deposit In My Bank Account?
Once confirmed in our system and once you have been emailed with a confirmation that your return has been processed, you should see funds return to your account within 24-72 hours.
What If My Refund Amount Is Incorrect?

What If I Send Incorrect or Insufficient Item Quantities? What Happens to my Refund?
We will only refund what we receive, therefore you will only receive a partial refund.
